About the project<\/strong><\/p>\n

The exchange of good practices will lead to an increase in the quality of the inclusive and multicultural educational act. Considering the objectives, this project aims to provide the development of procedures and the implementation of actions and activities that exceed the value of a local or even national initiative.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is desired to offer a new framework in the development of the student’s personality, the exchange of information favoring social interaction and allowing to solve the problems in the partner schools. For the direct beneficiaries, the students, a transnational partner brings extra value to the perspective they have on the school and attending the classes. In the exchange of experience, the aim is to develop communication skills with students from disadvantaged backgrounds and to increase their motivation for learning by participating in classes, by involving students in the didactic act, turning them into partners in the educational act. Thus, international collaboration will be new to the students, a novelty, and a challenge, wanting to get involved and feeling appreciated, important and full of success.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Teachers will also have a real benefit because, together with partners from other European countries, they can find impactful solutions, thus responding to all kinds of challenges that the school faces, such as ensuring an inclusive environment in the school. Their participation in joint activities with transnational partners will lead to professional development, as it facilitates their access to a virtual environment for collaboration and exchange of experience. They can<\/p>\n

learn through communication and using new technologies. They will be able to exchange learning methods and techniques, diversify learning situations, combine several topics and activities, and establish contacts between them. By approaching inclusive education, the teachers involved in the partnership will improve their teaching methods, develop their teaching<\/p>\n

skills in classes with students at risk of dropping out or school failure in an interesting way for the participants, practicing intercultural dialogue and valuing school inclusion in each partner school.<\/p>\n
